Autymn Rubal built Protea after spending her career inside the very challenges the firm now helps organizations navigate—growth strategy, business development, pursuits, leadership decisions and the relationships that influence all of them.
That experience shaped a point of view: growth rarely suffers from a lack of activity. More often, organizations need greater clarity about where they are going, what deserves their attention, and how to align people around it.
Autymn brings curiosity, candor, and practical business experience to the work. She isn't interested in arriving with a predetermined answer. She works alongside leaders and teams to understand what's actually happening, challenge assumptions, and build strategies people can put to work.
